Who we are

DraftTrack is a web-based software application built for draft line cleaning businesses. It is operated by Tapworks Northwest, based in Mount Vernon, Washington. When this policy says "DraftTrack," "we," "us," or "our," it refers to Tapworks Northwest and the DraftTrack service at drafttrackapp.com.

What information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account or use the service:

• Your name and email address when you sign up
• Your business name and contact information
• Payment information — processed and stored by Stripe, never by us directly
• Business data you enter into DraftTrack: clients, estimates, schedules, line builds, inventory, and pricing

We also collect limited technical information automatically:

• Log data including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited
• Usage data to help us understand how the app is being used and improve it

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your DraftTrack account
• Provide, maintain, and improve the service
• Process payments through Stripe
• Send you service-related emails such as receipts, account notices, and product updates
• Respond to your support requests
• Diagnose technical problems and fix bugs

We do not use your business data — your clients, estimates, line builds, or pricing — for any purpose other than operating your account.

Your business data belongs to you

Any data you enter into DraftTrack — your client list, estimates, schedules, line builds, and pricing — is yours. We do not claim ownership of it, analyze it for commercial purposes, or share it with anyone. If you cancel your account, you can request an export of your data before your account is closed.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Stripe — processes all payments. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment information. We never see or store your card details.
• Cloudflare — provides the infrastructure that runs DraftTrack. Your data is stored on Cloudflare's platform under their security and compliance standards.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which maintains industry-standard security practices. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Account access is protected by password authentication.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will retain your data for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate, after which it will be deleted from our systems. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your business data before closing your account
• Opt out of non-essential communications

Cookies

DraftTrack uses session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. We do not use any cookie-based tracking or retargeting.

Children's privacy

DraftTrack is a business software product intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.

Washington state residents

If you are a Washington state resident, you have additional rights under the Washington My Health MY Data Act and related state privacy laws. We do not sell personal data and do not engage in targeted advertising. For any privacy requests, contact us directly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice in the app before the changes take effect. Your continued use of DraftTrack after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
